fake permissions

let a role use mod commands without real permissions.

fake permissions give a role access to hollow's mod commands without giving it the real discord permission, like letting your mods use ,ban while they can't ban from the discord menu.

it only works on hollow's commands, discord itself doesn't see it.

how to set it up

1. open fake permissions on the dashboard or run ,fakeperms.
2. pick a role.
3. pick what it can do.
