people dm hollow and it opens a private channel for your staff, and everything gets passed back and forth.

staff just type in that channel to answer. start a message with // to leave a note only staff see. close it with the close button, the person gets told and a log goes to your log channel.

how to set it up

1. run ,modmail or open modmail on the dashboard.
2. pick a category, staff roles and a log channel.
3. turn it on.
